Weekend Recap

Weekend Recap

This weekend as a long one. About a month ago I lost a friend and this past weekend was his memorial service on Saturday. It made for a stressful Friday thinking about it and a long and emotionally tiring Saturday. Sunday was really the only time I had to relax.

On Saturday while I was at the memorial this picture was hanging up in the bathroom.

I loved it and think it is so true. I got home and noticed that the boyfriend had taking the DIY key holder that I was going to put together and did it for me. I’ll run through how I did this on a later post.

Sunday I was up and ready to tackle the day. I made some breakfast, did three loads of laundry, went grocery shopping and by 10:30 was in the car on the way to the gym drinking a spark on the way and bringing a rehydrate for the body pump class.

After class I went home and showered then went to AT&T quickly to get my pictures from my old phone transferred to my new phone. Got back with enough time to eat a PB&J and then headed out to softball. It was gorgeous out this Sunday so I’m so glad that I was able to spend that time outside.

When I got home I whipped together dinner.

Just kidding it took me a little while but was so worth it because it tasted so great then and made a killer sandwich today for lunch. By the time this was all done I was exhausted so I plopped down on the couch for a little while and then headed off to bed.

Not the greatest of weekends but luckily I have tomorrow off for Veteran’s Day so I get to relax again.

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.
