Monday morning, no one likes those. My first thought when I woke up was “damn I forgot to take my herbal tablets last night” second thought was “crap I also forgot the Omegaplex at dinner”. This my friends was pretty typical of the first time as well. I’m really great at remembering to take my pills in the morning but at night time I’m almost on autopilot. Didn’t hurt my results last time though, I’ll just take two tonight.
Spark and Catalyst. – Not really caring what flavor I was drinking I grabbed watermelon. Not my favorite but not my least favorite so no big deal. I made my glass and then waited until I got to work to take my pills.
Fiber Drink, Protein, Complex Carb, Fruit – Fiber drink at work, ugh. Stood in the kitchen and poured a ton of spark in to get this puppy down. Made the shake too thick and had to add more water to wash the rest down. Awful. Then was pretty happy because I had a clean muffin from this recipe and PB for breakfast.
Spark and Catalyst. – Ugh today couldn’t be going any slower. Thank god for Spark! I finished the other half of my watermelon packet and semi dreaded lunch.
Protein, Vegetable and Complex Carb – Tip number one, always make something for lunch that you are excited about. This will make the challenge a million times easier. Last Friday I thought I wanted avocado, tomatoes and chicken with some mixed greens. By the time lunch rolled around I DID NOT want this so I got food in the cafe. Well I hate wasting food so I made myself have it today for lunch and it just wasn’t hitting the spot. It filled me up but it didn’t bring me any joy.
Protein, vegetable, Complex Carb – Dinner I was going to make up for lunch, so I went to Wholefoods and got some scallops, brussels sprouts, mung bean pasta and threw them all together with some garlic, tomatoes and olive oil. This was fantastic and I was so happy and satisfied at dinner.
Dinner Snack – I was too full to eat a dinner snack.
Herbal Cleanse Tablet & Catalyst – Remembered it today and I just took yesterdays too. I don’t know if that was the correct thing to do or not, no side effects so far though! Did not want to take 9 pills so I skipped the catalyst.
Thoughts throughout the day – Lunch is so lame. I wonder what I’ll make for dinner and lunches for the rest of the week. MMmmm cheese
Feelings – Besides being annoyed at lunch it was a pretty easy day.
Cravings – It’s six letters and rhymes with sneeze
Abnormal body functions – Not as gassy but still not going the bathroom like I should be. Stomach is starting to bloat a little.
Workout- I did a 15 minute Nike Training Club yoga workout. Oh. My. God. I’ll give you a rundown of the last 6 minutes. Minute 6- plank. “ahh these aren’t so bad, and only for a minute I got this” Minute 5 – Low plank bending the elbows “huh well this isn’t going to work that well, maybe I’ll just do an elbow plank. Man my abs are starting to scream” Minute 4 – Side planks, 30 seconds each side “ok hurts but really she can’t make up any more planks I’ve done them all now” Minute 3 – Side plank with leg lifts “what the #$%^?! Now you are just making up planks” Minute 2- Side planks while grabbing foot and bringing it to the top of your head 30 seconds each side *loud crash noise as I hit the floor trying to reach down to even touch my foot* “god @#$%ing #@$%. This is bogus” Minute 1 – Supermans. Boyfriend chimes in from the couch “and now use your body to turn the earths rotation the other way”
