Oh my gosh I am so tired! I knew it was going to be a long week, but waking up at 4 in the am and not being able to fall back asleep and then not getting home from work until 9:30 was a LONG day! I know I’m going to be doing the same sort of hours for the rest of the week, so I hope that I can get the sleep in to keep me fresh. Posts will probably be coming a little later on than normal, but I’ll try to post every day.
So yesterday started out with a morning trip to the gym. I know that I get a lot more burn when I run instead of doing the elliptical or the stairmaster so I jumped on the treadmill for a little over 20 minutes. I did an old playlist that had all Beyonce which was a great motivator because I love watching those videos. The highlight of the day was when I walked out of the gym and saw these cute little babies.
Work was packed and I got back to the boyfriends around 7:30 at which point he was starving and wanted to go to eat. We then headed out and got some pizza which was ok at best, I think I’m spoiled now that I had Pizzeria Regina’s. They had fantastic appetizers though, it was fresh baked soft pretzels with a beer cheese fondue to dip it in. I would have pictures but I took them on my boyfriends phone and I don’t have that right now. I have definitely gone way over my weekly points allowance, but I’m not going to sweat it too much this week.
My main goal for the next week and a half is to be eating healthy to keep me going and not feel sluggish as well as get a lot of rest.

How do you deal with very busy weeks?
Last year I ate a lot of junk and snacked on chips a lot throughout the week. Eating large lunches and having a few beers at dinner to “unwind”. That will just weigh my body down though so this year I’m going a different tactic.
